Setting Up and Checking Your
Website's Email
Having the ability to check your website’s business email email is critical and there are several methods to do so.
- Log in to a specific e3mail box from your browser (the outside)
- Log in to your cPanel from your Client Dashboard at DataMax (www.datamaxhosting.com)
Checking Your Existing Email Boxes
From the Outside (Your Browser)
- From your computer's browser, go to: http://webmail.yourdomain.com(insert your actual website domain instead of "yourdomain")
- From the displayed log in box, enter the full email in the upper text field. (Ex. info@mydomain.com)
- In the lower text field, enter your "Master Password" provided to you from Datamax when we set up your site (you can change this at anytime)
From the Inside (Your cPanel)
- From your computer's browser, go to: www.datamaxhosting.com and log in with your email and password.
- Once in your client dashboard, scan midway down and to the right and locate the button labeled "MANAGE". From the drop down select cPanel
- Once in your cPanel, the first folders you will see are the Email folders. Click the folder and all of your email boxes are now accessible.
- NOTE: Using this method, you can access all of your email boxes at the same time rather than just one at a time using the "Outside Method"
