Submit a Technical Support Work Ticket

If you having a technical problem with any DataMax website or if you simply need to update some contact information, simply complete and submit a support Work Ticket.  You can submit  Make certain you fully complete the upper area of the form which tells us who you are and your website's domain.  We can't fix it if we can't find it.

Free Updates / Repairs

Although you can always update your website's content through your cPanel's FILE MANAGER, in many instances it is simply easier to generate a Support Ticket through DMS WebHost to have our techs update your site.  Free (no charge) updates include...

  • Update physical contact information such as address changes, phone number changes, etc.
  • Update Business Name changes such as when you elect to make a Proprietorship into an LLC or Corporation
  • Setting up business email forwarding to a regular email such as a Yahoo or Gmail address.  (Note, we do note set up forwarding to apps and email clients such as Outlook)

Other Updates / Upgrades

There are very few services regarding design that we cannot provide through DataMax.  Our shop rate is $50 per hour for such things as Photoshop work, specialized form design, etc.

How to Submit a Support Ticket

To submit a support ticket, simply log into your account though DMS WebHost.  From the NAVIGATION BAR select the OPEN TICKET option.  If submitted during office hours, we typically respond to Support Tickets with updates within 60 minutes.
