Hosting Account Payments

Paying Your Bill

Paying your hosting and domain fee is fully automated through DMS WebHost.

Paying for Hosting

Depending on your hosting plan, you will invoiced each pay period whether monthly, annually, biennially, or triennially.  Your invoice will be emailed to you 3 days prior to the Due Date (automated payment date).   If your credit card fails to clear by the due date, you will receive an Overdue Notice each day for the following 3 days.  If your account remains unpaid, website suspension occurs on the 4th day.

Paying for Domains

You will receive a Domain Renewal Reminder via email 30 days prior to the expiration of your domain.  Because of its importance, domain renewal is automated and if you DO NOT wish for your domain to be renewed, you must log into your account at DMS WebHost and cancel service.

Updating Your Credit Card Information

If you need to update your credit card information we have on file, simply...

  • Log into your account at DMS WebHost
  • From the NAVIGATION BAR select BILLING
  • From the dropdown, select MANAGE CREDIT CARD
  • Update your credit card information

Late Fees and Redemption Fees

If your website hosting account is over 3 days past due, a $10,00 late fee will accrue.  If your domain has expired but has not been expired for over 30 days, we can reacquire the domain for a fee of $75.  If your domain remains unpaid for 30 days, it will fall into REDEMPTION and requires a payment of $250.

Reinstating an Enterprise Series Account (Discount)

If your Enterprise website account was cancelled through request or non-payment, you can reinstate your account with a $25 discount so long as your previous account is not over one year old.  Click here for more information on reinstatement.
